a question for my readers

Remember my Nuggle Me Blankies that I listed a while back? Today I got a message on Etsy from the owner of a site called The Nuggle Blanket Company. I was informed that Nuggle Blanket is a trademark (in fact, apperntly the word "Nuggle" is a trademarked) name and that I need to immidiatly discontinue use of the name. So here's my question. I have changed the name for now to sNuggle Me Blankies (and I have the one called The Ultimate sNuggle Me Blanket). Do I need to rename them completely, or does having the lower case s in there make it different enough? Obviously I'll change it if it's really in violation.
My son used the word nuggle starting at 18 months. I've never even heard of this company before! I swear I didn't steal it!

The first one has yellow cotton print on one side, with multi colored fleece squares on the other.

 This one is fleece with colorful dots on one side, and a cotton jungle animal print on the other.

The Ultimate Nuggle Blanet

I finally got my blanket listed that I mentioned the other day.

It's so soft and warm I almost want to keep it for myself!
 
I bought some fabulous new items for making headbands and flowers. (How's this for deals? I spent $21.01, but saved $23. 36. I love coupons!) There may be some sparkles involved.
 
Now I just need to get some more boy stuff bought. I get caught up in the fun girly things that I sometimes neglect to stay on top of the boy items. If I'm ever low on boy items (i.e. blankets or burp rags) and you are in the market for some, don't hesitate to ask for a custom order!

"Nuggle Me"

Here are pictures of the Nuggle Me Blankie I made yesterday. This is the first time I have ever used minky fabric because it is so expensive to buy. I was able to get this 50% of though. Score! I love shopping with coupons!

 The Nuggle Me is a blankie that is a 17" square. Soft dot minky on one side, and a beautiful printed cotton on the other. I'm sure you are wondering why I chose to call this a Nuggle Me Blankie...

 When my oldest son was about 2 he often dropped the first sound of words. He would always come up to me and say "I want to nuggle with you mommy." It was so sweet and melted my heart every time.

 So I decided that the perfect name for a miniature blankie that is perfect for snuggling  is the "Nuggle Me Blankie"
