tutu dress

My cousin recently asked me to make the flower girl dresses for her wedding. She is wanting tutu dresses with pointed ends, all in white but each witha  different color ribbon for the belt and strap. I am very excited to make these but since I had never made a tutu dress before, I decided I needed some practice. My friend Denise was kind enough to loan me her daughter, Tatum, for fitting purposes, and in the end purchased it. Tatum fell in love with the dress and couldn't part with it!
