DIY tutu closet

I was in need of some displays for the upcoming craft fair so we got creative and took some old shelves and turned them into something fabulous.
In the past I hung my tutus on the shade tent, but since this craft fair is inside, I won't be taking a shade tent. The solution: Turn and old bookshelf into a closet.
I forgot to take a before picture of the book shelf, but here is a photo of Dylan sitting in it.
And a photo of the top I took a while back.
We turned it upside down and spray painted it black.
Painted the shelves pink and drilled hols in the side for a freshly painted dowl rod to fit through.
 And voila! A tutu closet!
I am very pleased with the way it turned out. Now I just need to paint my name on the top lip of the shelf and we're all set!

You know, I was thinking what would be neat and useful would be to put some hooks on the outsides that you can hang other things on like your scarves and hats.
