perfect for Easter!

I made this tutu during naptime today. It's perfect for Easter! So perfect that I decided to go ahead and list it before the craft fair.

I didn't have any more elastic so I decided t just use the ribbon as the waistband. The plus side of this is that it is adjustable to different sizes. The small the child is the more you scrunch the tulle and the fuller it will look. For a bigger child just spread it out a little. Here is a picture of my 2 year old in it.

Did I mention it's reversible? Cause it totally is! :)

I have a friend that always makes her tutus out of ribbon and they are fantastic!
